By accessing or using Khizo AI, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using any feature of Khizo AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.
You agree to use Khizo AI only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload or process images that contain illegal, harmful, or explicit content.
- Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our AI models or infrastructure.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
Some features require an account and the use of credits. Credits are consumed per AI transformation. Free-tier credits are non-transferable and expire as indicated.
All purchases are processed securely by our authorized payment provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Purchased credits are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been used. Once credits are consumed, they are non-refundable.
To request a refund, please contact us via our Contact Us page and our team will review your request and assist you promptly.
You retain ownership of the original images you upload. By using our Service, you grant Khizo AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to deliver the requested AI transformations.
All output images are provided for your personal and commercial use, subject to these terms. Khizo AI's platform, software, branding, and underlying models remain our exclusive property.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Khizo AI makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khizo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
